At Piano One, your piano and your voice stay with you. This page explains which data we use to help you progress, why, and how you stay in control of it.

The essentials in 30 seconds

  • The microphone listens, it doesn’t record

Sound is only used to recognise notes, live.

  • Never sold

Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

  • No account to create

Your progress is saved on your phone, not on our servers.

01Who we are

Piano One is published by Mobitra, a sole trader and the controller of your personal data. We design the app and decide how your information is used to support your learning.

02The data we use

Piano One works without an account. We collect only what we need to run the app and improve it:

  • Your progress

Completed lessons, accuracy, streaks and playing preferences (note names, dominant hand), saved on your device.

  • Technical data

Device model, app version, usage statistics and crash reports. They are linked to a random identifier created when the app is installed, never to your name or an account.

  • Your purchases

Subscription status. Payment is handled by Apple or Google: we never see your card.

  • Your messages

If you write to support: your email address and the content of your message.

03The microphone

To know whether you play the right note, Piano One needs to hear your piano. You choose whether to allow microphone access, and you can withdraw it at any time in your phone’s settings.

Nothing is recorded.

Sound is analysed in real time on your device to recognise notes, then immediately forgotten. No audio file is kept or sent to our servers.
